In addition the following capabilities are highly complementary to the work we undertake in the Technology Strategy practice-area:

• Solid understanding and grasp of current and emerging IT trends; insights into senior manager perception of the performance of specific technologies and future implications on business practices/operations.
• Experience in large IT program identification, business-case packaging and/or implementation in corporate IT divisions or government entities.
• Experience in IT discipline and application segments such as  - eBusiness, eGov, CRM, ERP, BPM (automated workflow, business & process rules), IT architecture, IT Operations efficiency (Data Center, BCP, outsourcing/offshoring) M&A/IT portfolio integration is highly valued
